| Notes: |
This Eagle's head is an example of a pendant or in this case, a flute
bird. It is carved from curly maple and inlayed with a carved deer
antler beak. I make the eyes from glass which are inlayed into the
carving. This Eagle head measures 2 3/4" long 1" tall and 1/2" thick. A
handmade sterling silver bazel would be added if this were made for a
pendant. Nearly any material can be used to carved this item such as
bone, turquoise, serpentine, pipestone and soapstone to name a few. The
Eagle head can also be use as a inlay, into a belt buckle for example.
Price of the Eagle head pictured would be $150. Prices vary according to
materials used. |
